These Kitchen Aid Cutting Knives are designed specially for those with weakened hands, wrist and arm joints.
The Relieve Knives have angled handle designs, which work safely with weakened or impaired hands, wrist and arms. They help keep the wrist straight for precise cutting and slicing of food ingredients. This makes it ideal for any household or food preparation tasks.
They are of Seven (7) different types to suit various Household and Kitchen/ Dining uses:

4). Relieve Angled Knife - Small
5). Relieve Kitchen Knife - Serrated Blade
6). Relieve Kitchen Knife - Smooth Blade
7). Relieve Adjustable Knife
• Relieve Angled Carving Knife - The handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and efficiency. And the blade has a sharp edge, making it easy to cut with little effort.
It is fitted with an oval handle for a stable grip, with the top part of the handle having a gentle curve to support the thumb. Also with a Long Blade to suit a variety of food types. Weight 75g
• Relieve Angled Knife - Standard - For normal-sized hands. These are specially designed to aid weakened joints. The angled handle means the hand joints are not loaded incorrectly or painfully. A straight wrist, and hence a power grip, can be then be used.
The Relieve Angled Knife - Standard has the same features as the carving knife, but has a shorter blade. Weight 72g
• Relieve Angled Knife - Small - For small or children's hands. Same as the Relieve Angled Knife - Standard. But is smaller in size. Weight 37g
• Relieve Angled Knife - Folding - This is the foldable version of the Relieve Angled Knife - Standard. It is easy to carry around - On trips, camping e.t.c. Weight 72g
• Relieve Kitchen Knife, Serrated Blade - Provide a better working position than ordinary kitchen knives. It has a good grip/ balance in the hand, and it takes no additional strength to keep the blade of the knife up.
It is ideal for cutting bread e.t.c. Weight 161g
• Relieve Kitchen Knife, Smooth Blade - This has the same features and offers the same benefits as the Relieve Kitchen Knife, Serrated Blade. But has a smooth blade.
Ideal for cutting meat, vegetables e.t.c. Weight 166g
• Relieve Adjustable knife - The adjustable knife is suitable for impaired hand and grip function. The knife can be adjusted in many different ways, to adapt it easily to each individuals' hand function.
This knife has an adjustable handle that makes it possible to cut with a two-handed grip. Weight 115g
