Our Terms and Conditions

Carriage

UK Mainland (incl. Isle of Wight): For most items, any order totalling over £100 (excluding VAT), delivery is free of charge. Any order below this amount is charged a sum of £6.50.

Off UK Mainland: Charges for exporting and off UK mainland will be advised at the time of order.

Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to refuse orders without prior notification.

Prices

Subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to invoice goods at prices ruling at the date of despatch.

Prices shown do NOT include VAT. Payments are charged in GBP (£).

Payment

Goods must be paid for in full before despatch.

Please place your order online by using our secure, encrypted Checkout webpage. Then, simply pay with any leading Visa, MasterCard, Maestro... Debit Card. Or by PayPal.

On PayPals' Secure Server.

Alternatively you can ring our sales team at 0208 090 7207 and arrange to pay in the same way. Or by cheque, whichever suits you best.

Payment by Credit/ Debit Card

When you are done adding your selected products into your shopping cart, you will be directed to our Secure Checkout.

At the checkout, you will be required to supply your Shipping information. This will allow us to contact you, if we have problems with your billing. Or if there will be a delay in the shipping/ delivery time e.t.c. 

After this, you will be directed to the secure PayPal servers to make your payment. You may do this using your Credit/ Debit Card.

Or your Paypal account, if you have one..

Product Descriptions

www.TheWheelchairPro.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

If you feel a product offered by www.TheWheelchairPro.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.

Delivery of Goods

We will despatch all goods by the most cost effective method of transport unless otherwise specified by you. We will acknowledge despatch charges before processing non U.K. orders when the appropriate despatch option is selected.

Damaged Goods

Please inform us within 2 working days. Please inform us verbally over the phone. And confirm in writing. If the damage is evident at the time you recieve delivery, the carriers delivery records should be endorsed accordingly.

Retain goods and packaging for inspection. Claims will generally be accepted if made within 2 days of receipt of goods.

All Other Claims

Claims will generally be accepted if reported verbally and confirmed in writing to us within 14 days of our date of invoice.

Return of Goods

Return of correctly supplied goods will normally be accepted provided prior agreement and arrangements have been made within 14 days.

A separate advice of despatch should be sent to us for all items. Certain non-stock items may incurr a restocking charge.

Electronic Communications

You agree to receive communications from us electronically.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We will not release your personal details - Name, address, email address or any other information about you to any outside party - Except when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law.
