Shipping/ Delivery Policies

Shipping/ Delivery Policies

Our Shipping/ Delivery Policies are quite simple. 

UK Mainland (including Isle of Wight) Deliveries

Your Order Shipment/ Delivery will be done by either First Class Post or various Carrier Services. We will despatch all goods by the most cost effective method of transport unless otherwise specified by you.

For any order totalling over £100 (excluding VAT), delivery is free of charge. Any order below this amount is charged £6.50.

Our policy for sensitive products, such as incontinence products, is to be as discreet as is practically possible. For example, on boxes of adult incontinence diapers, all give-away markings will be covered over.

Off UK Mainland

Charges for exporting will be advised at the time of order.  

Delivery Time

All orders - except Customised Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters and Riser Chairs - ship within 2 business days.

Power/ Electric Wheelchairs, Riser Chairs and Electric Scooters will usually  take within 10 -15 business days. Custom Power/ Electric Wheelchairs and Scooters (extra wide, etc.) may take up to 4 weeks.

If you would like to receive your order in a shorter period of time, please contact our sales team on 020 3371 0962. Extra charges may apply.

If ever there is a delay in the delivery of your order within the times specified above, we will contact you immediately with the reason for the delay.

You may then decide to cancel the order or wait for shipment.

In the event that we cannot reach you to make a delivery, we will re-attempt to deliver for up to one week. If after this time we are still unable to reach you, we will return the order and charge you a 20% re-stocking fee.

It is very important to give a delivery address where you are sure someone will be in, to receive your order when it arrives.
